D.V.A. Circular No. 2021-36
Dear Residents,
Metro Manila will be on MECQ starting tomorrow, August 21 to August 31, 2021. Listed below are guidelines for your reference:
- DVA office will be open from 8 AM to 6 PM, Mondays thru Fridays only.
- Curfew Hours will be from 8 PM to 4 AM.
- Makati Inter Village Association (MIVA) access is reinstated.
- Residents under 18 or above 65 years old are required to stay home except for essential activities.
- Members of our security and maintenance staff will stay in to avoid any interruption in basic services. The Basketball Court, Gym, Tennis Court, Pavilion and Parks will continue to be used as barracks and quarantine areas for our stay-in personnel so they will remain closed during this period.
- House construction will resume Monday, August 23, 2021, following strict protocols.

We encourage residents and household staff to continuously follow basic safety protocols: wear face masks, observe social distancing, wash hands frequently, and go out only when necessary.
