EASYTRIP RFID INSTALLATION
Dear Residents,
Please be advised that the EASYTRIP RFID INSTALLATION is happening on November 21 and 22, 2020 (Saturday and Sunday) from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Once again, in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have come up with EASYTRIP RFID Reservation, a contact-less process which we strongly suggest for 800 of our residents to avail of to lessen the risk of contamination. For more details, please visit our website, https://old.dva.org.ph/easytrip-rfid/.
In brief, this online application process will provide you with the following:
- Reservation/Appointment for Easytrip RFID stickering
- EasyTrip RFID Subscription Form with Terms & Condition
- Easytrip RFID Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Payment advise of Php 200.00 (initial load)
- Venue for Easytrip RFID Stickering – Colegio San Agustin Gate 1
Alternately, for 200 of our residents, you have the option to apply manually by following these simple steps:
- Call the DVA Office at telephone number 8843 2262 extension 131.
- You need to provide your a) name b) mobile number c) car license plate/conduction sticker and d) email address as this is where we will communicate with you the confirmation of your slot reservation.
- DVA will send you a confirmation email of your schedule.
- DVA will send you a hard a copy of the Easytrip RFID Subscription Form which you need to fill up and bring to the venue together with your car and payment of Php 200 (initial load).
